You Have:

  1. Proven experience as an administrative assistant or executive assistant

  2. Empathy and a HIGH focus on going above and beyond to exceed client expectations

  3. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

  4. Strong phone and communication skills

  5. Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize work

  6. Excellent written and verbal communication

  7. Strong organization skills

  8. Desire to grow, learn and willingness to EXCEED client expectations.

  9. Ability to adapt and complete tasks with minimal supervision

  10. Technical aptitude, including experience with CRM’s, Office, and ability to learn other web applications.

Some of Your Responsibilities:

  1. Document Collection & Review

  2. Client Correspondence (Email / Phone / Mail)

  3. Scheduling

  4. Managing tasks & following up throughout files

  5. Gifting & Thanking Partners

  6. Data Entry & CRM updating

  7. Client Care - Support & Happiness

  8. Basic Bookkeeping / Administrative Tasks

Salary & Hourly Expectations:

$32,000 - $36,000 based on experience with opportunity to grow. 

Salary is Based on 40 hours per week 5 days per week.

32 hours is guaranteed.
